Smart leaders understand that their evaluation is tied to the business results they provide. In today’s world of rapid change, agility is required to deliver results. We will compare and contrast the agile leader with more traditional leadership styles and do activities that promote the change in mindsets that must occur for agile to be successful.
We will discuss the basic characteristics of Servant Leadership and work through some scenarios that allow us to see how to apply it.
